Domyo VPN believes that privacy is absolute. We do not inspect, collect, monitor, or store any data transmitted through our tunnels. Your browsing history, local IP addresses, DNS queries, and destination web servers are completely invisible to us and our platform.

We strictly enforce a No-Logs architecture. When you connect to Domyo VPN, we do not log or store:

  • The websites, IP addresses, or hostnames you query or visit.
  • The content of your incoming or outgoing packets.
  • Your source IP addresses, connection starting times, or total session durations.
  • DNS resolution events routed through our Eco-DNS mechanism.

2. Information We Collect (And Why)

In order to deliver secure premium features, account validations, and prevent platform abuse, we collect minimal data:

  • Account Email: If you register or purchase a Premium package, we store your email address to authenticate active membership claims and sync payment records.
  • Diagnostic Metrics (Local Only): Active upload/download transfer rates and connection ping durations are displayed inside the client dashboard. This telemetry remains transiently in-memory on your physical Android device and is never uploaded to any remote server.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Payments

Domyo VPN works with secure, industry-leading processors to validate transactions:

  • Payment Processing: Transactions are handled directly by authenticated payment gateways (e.g., Google Play billing). Payment details such as card numbers, banking credentials, or private billing details never touch our application databases. We only receive secure confirmation tokens indicating payment status.

4. Your Data Control Rights

You have complete control over your metadata. You can inspect or purge your stored credentials at any time:

  • You can request absolute deletion of your premium account records and transaction metadata.
  • To delete your account immediately and erase all records associated with your registered email, visit our Account Deletion Portal.
